Late Summer Bounty

A couple of weeks ago I put up 18 pints of jam. About half of those were my Grandma Ring's recipe for Blueberry-Rhubarb jam. Mmm... so good! I've converted many a "rhubarb hater" with that jam! The other half was my first try at peach jam: also really good! Between those 18 pints and the strawberry jam that I put up last spring, I was hoping we'd make it all year. I don't know, though, we've already finished a jar of each! Oh well, maybe in january I will try some marmalade from our local oranges.
