Happy Fall

We had our own little fall festival last saturday. . . complete with hot apple cider and caramel apples. I think the last time I had a caramel apple was before I got braces in the fourth grade. Ooooh, they were good! Between yummy snacks we squeezed in some crafts and fun games. (The Gnip-Gnop was smokin!) We wish dad had been with us, but we made sure to save him a caramel apple. Under the circumstances, we thought that was extremely generous!

Sounds like a load of fun. I wish I was there with you eating caramel apples, sipping apple cider and playing Gnip-Gnop. Bring that game Christmas and I will play many hours with the boys. I am looking forward to that. Love the pictures, Meghan. I can identify with the fun of raising two curious/enthusiastic boys. Loved every minute of it, when I did it.
They will have many great memories of their childhood.

Wow, those caramel apples look really good! We must have made those sometime during your teen years--or was I too bust trying to avoid sugar? Anyway it looked like a fun way to celebrate fall. Nana
